Courtney Webb

Co-Owner / Licensed Agent

Courtney is one half of the husband-and-wife team behind Raven & Wolf Benefits Ltd. Born in Southern California and raised in Grand Junction, she’s proud to now raise her own family in the same close-knit community she grew up in.

Courtney served as a Specialist in the Colorado Army National Guard, where she worked as a Combat Medic. That experience shaped her deep commitment to serving the veteran community—not just through her insurance work, but also through advocacy and public outreach. She believes every veteran deserves access to clear, complete, and reliable healthcare coverage—and she’s made it her mission to help make that a reality.

After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Colorado Mesa University, Courtney began her career in the criminal justice field.

But after becoming a mom to Arya and Jace, she shifted gears and joined her husband full-time in building Raven & Wolf Benefits. Specializing in Medicare and individual health coverage, Courtney brings warmth, clarity, and personal care to a process that can feel overwhelming for many.

In 2024, she expanded her impact by founding The Steadfast Valor Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to honoring and supporting veterans through meaningful community events and recognition efforts. Her work through the foundation reflects her values of honor, gratitude, and service—and it connects seamlessly with her mission as an insurance agent.

When she’s not meeting with clients, organizing veteran ceremonies, or helping with the family business, you’ll find Courtney out in the Grand Valley with her kids, supporting local events, or exploring everything Western Colorado has to offer.

TJ Webb

Co-Owner / Licensed Agent

TJ is the second half of the husband-and-wife team behind Raven & Wolf Benefits Ltd. Born and raised in Grand Junction, he’s proud to once again call the Grand Valley home after spending time away—and even prouder to raise his family in the community that shaped him.

While TJ plays an important role in helping clients navigate health insurance at Raven & Wolf Benefits, his true passion lies in the couple’s second business: Ignus Arms, a professional gunsmithing shop he and Courtney established in 2018. A graduate of the renowned Gunsmithing Program at Trinidad State Junior College—the oldest of its kind in the country—TJ brings over a decade of hands-on experience to his work.

What started as a personal transition period turned into a thriving local business, built on a reputation for quality craftsmanship and a deep respect for the firearm community. Today, TJ offers a full range of gunsmithing services at Ignus Arms, working closely with clients throughout the Grand Valley and beyond to repair, restore, and maintain firearms of all kinds.

Outside of work, TJ’s greatest joy is being a dad to Arya and Jace. Whether he’s introducing them to a new hobby or exploring the outdoors with them, he’s passionate about helping his kids grow into curious, capable people—just as he and Courtney continue to grow their family businesses side by side.
