Courtney Webb
Co-Owner / Licensed Agent
Courtney is one half of the husband and wife pair that makes up Raven & Wolf Benefits. She was born in Southern California and move here to Grand Junction as a child. She loved growing up in this small town and is happy to be raising her family here.
Courtney was a Specialist in the Army National Guard here in Colorado and served as a Combat Medic. She has a passion for ensuring that our veterans have the resources and information that they need to ensure that they have the most complete healthcare coverage available to them.
Courtney attended CMU and graduated with her Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. She was working in the Criminal Justice field when she had both of her kids, Arya & Jace.
After Jace was born, Courtney shifted her focus towards being a full-time Medicare Insurance Agent at the couple's other business, Raven & Wolf Benefits. This changed has allowed her to have a lot more time to be a mom. Being able to help people navigate through this confusing time has been a rewarding career move. When she is not helping her clients or her husband with his business you can find Courtney around town with her family, exploring all that Grand Junction has to offer.
TJ Webb
Co-Owner / Licensed Agent
TJ is the second half of the husband and wife pair that makes up Raven & Wolf Benefits. He was born and raised here in Grand Junction and despite some time spent living elsewhere, he is now happily back in Grand Junction to raise his kids.
TJ enjoys helping his clients at Raven & Wolf Benefits but his true passion lies in the couple's other business, Ignus Arms a local gunsmithing shop. TJ has been a professional gunsmith for over a decade here in the Grand Valley. Prior to that he obtained an Associate's Degree in Gunsmithing from Trinidad State Junior College, home to the oldest Gunsmithing Program in the United States. He and Courtney established Ignus Arms back in 2018 as he was in a transition period in his life and wanted to continue doing the work that he enjoys. Since that time the business and the shop has continued to grow. TJ is now able to offer a complete array of service to help his clients with any problems they may face.
The pair are busy with their businesses as well as their two children Arya & Jace. When TJ is not busy in the shop he likes to spend time teaching the kids new activities and encouraging them to explore the world around them.
